Hi,

I read a post one time about someone feeling that their scar on their neck sometimes gives them the feeling of being strangled because it feels so tight, and I can't find that post. I think Dr. Joshi mentioned something about aromatheropy treatment or other ways to help with that problem. If you could refresh me on this or direct me to that post, I would appreciate it.

My husband has the tight neck, restricted movement, "chipmonk jowels" and a few other things too....... so he started going for lymphatic massage and 4-5 sessions you can tell the difference! they also give him special stretching movements to do, I would give it a try it really helps

Hi sammie, I remember driving, trying to back the car and it was almost impossible to turn my neck, 18months on things are better,
but always that very tight feeling as though a big hand has got me by the throat. wear a silk scarf most of the time.
