i got a lump on the roof of my mouth... a slight protrusion, painless mass, a bit irritable and when pressed one of the teeth gets the irritation. it use to happen earlier with the gums and the connected teeth especially when i catch cold... gums would swells........ i dont know its been for a week or so now.... i smoke like 5 a day... have cut down drastically to 1... but i really want to know the real reason. is it my cold or my smoke? is it cancerous? i am not happy with smoking both for health and social reasons... but occasionally i would love to smoke... so my worry is again this lump... what observations i have to make... it aint growing... but contracts and expands kinda thing...
