Small Hard Bump At the back on the inside of my right Gum

Hi,

Just recently i discovered a bump on the inside of my right gum, it is really sore and hurts when i eat and drink, its small in size and is about 3-4mm in diameter. My right gum by my right molar is swollan aswell.


Im 18 , dont smoke , drink alchol every now and again, brush my teeth regulary. If there is any more details you need please ask. Thanks in advance for reading this.
