A friend of mine has a small very hard white bump on the inside of her left cheek. It looks like a a white pimple almost. She says it doesn't hurt. She is pretty worried since it's been there for a week. Could this be a cancer? She doesn't have insurance and doesn't can't really afford to go to a dentist.

Hello aceofspades
If the bump is still there after three weeks or has grown bigger, please ask her to see her dentist or she will have to be prepared to take the risk that it might be a cancer even though it might not be. Do let us know how things progress.
