I have a white bump (looks like a white zit) under my tougne to the right? What could this be? Could it be cancer or just a mouth sore?

I too would appreciate any feedback as I have a very small (smaller than a pen tip) white dot/bump on the bottom of my tongue. Best analogy is a tiny whitehead. Just noticed it a few days ago and am very worried.

Hello there It is unlikely that what you have all described are cancer. Tiny bumps are more likely to be moinor salivary glands or Fordyce granules (sebaceous glands). Please do see your dentists to set your minds at rest.
