Yes, yes, yes, but it can take months even years. Think fortnightly rather than daily. Try some zinc one a day tablets from Boots - they are small. They do help tastebuds return although it's still up and down. Go for strong single tastes like blackcurrants, asparagus and teensy weeny portions so you may manage a tablespoon only but at least you manage it.
