hi im 22, dont smoke dont drink dont take drugs. I broke a tooth a couple of months back and had it repaired. but the other day i broke it again. IN the last couple of days ive noticed a lump on my gum, as far as i know the tooth is heavily filled and is deep. is there a chance that it could be an abcess?
