Blood ulsers

Hi,
I woke up last night to find two small ulsers on the inside of my right cheek. They dont hurt at all. They are just like two tiny blisters, like the kinds you get if you get a burn. Only these blisters are filled with blood. They look scary. What are they? It popped up from nowhere! They werent there when i went to bed at 10.30 pm and when i woke up at 1.30am, they were there!
Its the first time im getting it and dont know what to do about it. My fiancee said it might have been that i bit myself in my sleep. But if thats the case wont my cheek at least feel sore?

Im worried because i read on the internet that it might be ITP or something like that. please advice!
Thank you

Good Afternoon Peridot,
Some types of mouth cancer do tend to develop rather quickly but I think three hours would warrent a place in the Guiness book of records. Having said this you need to be sure, so book an appointment to see your doctor tomorrow morning. No one will gainsay you for being overcautious and of the 1000 mouth cancer patients on this web site at least 999 will tell you that we wish we had seen the doctor sooner and saved ourselves a lot of trouble.please let us know how you get on
Keep Smiling Razzer
John
