If any medical/dental/science professionals are reading (Dr J - I'm not sure if you're about at the moment) I'd be interested to hear your comments about this article, rather than the scaremongering propaganda that the newpapers sometimes like to use. Regards spouse |

Hi spouse good to see you still here. You know there have been many products I've read about when researching "HOW" I got
cancer.
One of the most interesting and believable was the one about isopropynol found in many products and that as little as 1 teaspoon taken into the body could be harmful etc etc. This is also a product though that is hard to avoid in everyday life - it's in lots of chemist goods/toiletries. I used to do a lot of sugarcraft and you use it to to make things moist yet get quick drying - so where does that mositure go - do we absorb it through our skin - breathe it in .... I think its also in products like Elnett hairspary which I still use. I believ there is a similar thought on the hazards of alcohol mouthwashes as cancer causing. The list is endless - it is hard to know what is worth listening to and what is not. From my understnding of the report chlorine and the later by product of chloroform-gas is an issue. Should I be worried that I just bleached my cups with Domestos? |
