hi
weve just found out that my mum has cancer in her tongue. She has to go for a scan to see if it has spread. She has to get some of her tongue cut out and get it replaced from her arm. What else happens? Its all confusing and i am frightened |

Hello moomen
Sorrry to hear about your mum. It is all worrying but we have many members here who have been through what your mum is facing. You and your mum will find Paul Hartmann's story about his tongue cancer helpful. There are many other patient experiences on the website that can help you and your mum get an insight into how it is possible to get through this. There is much information in the message board her that you will find useful, now and later. And of course, we are all here to help where we can.
