Hello,I had a biopsy done as the ENT suspected the lesion was bigger, so now I have to wait...My question is is the area where the lump was become blacking white after biopsy..and I also have a white patch 1cm away from it which developed right after the biopsy...what is all that indictaing, could it be an infection or is it normal....Since I will be back at school I wont see the ENT again unless it is something bad, so he cant see it and tellme what it is either...can you all help???

Hello Priya

You need to wait for the biopsy report, and stop worrying.

I couldn't get what you meant by 'blacking white after biopsy'. Give it all a couple of weeks to heal as what you are noticing could related to the biopsy procedure itself (trauma, site of anaesthesia, healing of site, etc). Let us know how things get on.

Best wishes
