The biotene range has some good products - but i'm wondering about bthe sugars and sweetners nthey contain. Is that really any good for your teeth when theres no protective saliva??
I find them quite sweet - would long term use actualy rot your teeth?

Biotene Dry Mouth Moisturizing Gel won't rot your teeth as it is sugar-free. It is sweet because of xylitol. Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener found in berries, fruits and mushrooms. It also occurs in small quantities in the human body.
