| Hi David2 Go and see either an oral & maxillofacialsurgeon or an ENT specialist as the first step. In the UK, the dentist would confirm the presence of the growth and refer the patient on to the cancer specialists in the hospital service using a fast track referral system (minimum 2 week wait).
