Hi just been to the docs nothing in my mouth but he thinks i could have thrush further down my throat etc

have not read up on thrush so looking for helpfull hints to get rid of it

Hes perscribed something liquid begining with the letter F

I got thrush in my mouth and throat (and other unmentionable areas, which I imagine all the ladies know about) when taking antibiotics in hospital. For the oral thrush I was given MYCOSTATIN oral suspension.
Also Dave if you like it, a good natural, live yoghurt will help too and if it's not to sore on the ulcers and you can stand the breath (or if Sue can, suck some crushed garlic) or even put the garlic in the yoghurt. No I'm not kidding, a garlic and natural yoghurt mix are a great remedy fot thrush and it also means you are not shoving even more chemicals into your system.
