About 4 days ago, I woke up and saw what looks like 2 growths on each side of my sublingual frenulum. They are not painful, more bothersome because I know they are there. They haven't gotten any bigger or smaller and it appears to be a white dot on the tip of the nodule. I'm not sure if it's a clogged duct, it doesn't seem cancerous and I don't know what else it could be. I have no other symptoms and would like an educated opinion before I seek professional help. I have read every possible thing on the internet about oral anatomy, the glands, and ducts and I am uncertain what it could be exactly. I've searched for pictures hoping I would find one like mine but to no avail. I would greatly appreciated some input.

Dr. Joshi advised to to it this way:

TO POST AN IMAGE INTO YOUR POST:

Join and upload your image to a website like Image Shack
Use the image link function (the picture image) from the message menu

That should do it - worked for me.

If that doesn't work for you, you can do as Krishan advused another member:

Just email me your photo!

Hello Up2Late79

The two papillae look to be normal Wharton duct openings (there is a range of appearances like breasts!) but please get your dentist to confirm.

Best wishes
