Hello

In May before surgery I got fat because I was told to pack on food, do little exercise because you have SCC of the tonsil and raidcal neck disecction, wisdom tooth removal, 33 fractions of RT and 3 chemos have seen me shrink fron blubber boy 97 kgs to slim 83 kgs which has now been stable for 10 days. (RT finished 19 days ago and only just started taking food again as I have an NG tube.

At first I was worried about by rapid weight loss, but having missed the summer alcohol season, (can account for 6/7 kgs. About 6 weeks ago I had to wait 8 days for a NG tube to be fitted so in essence drunk or ate nothing, should I now be happy with my weight at 82kgs( 5'7 mediumn bulid)

I am really happy, have been very fit in my past and lost my muscle definition but now weight loss has finished and weight stablished should I be worried about other things? My friends think so because I am only days away from solid food and my taste is back.

Eh I am still overweight using BMI indexes so perhaps I should not panic. My current BMI is 26 which means I am still overweight think I have answered my own question.

PS : Fresh melon juice juiced up is fantastic and does not burn throat when drinking like other fruits - try melon
