I am 19 years of age and started dipping and chewing tobacco about a year ago. I have been looking on the net for signs of cancer because my lymph node has been swollen for a couple of days. I also have a small hole or split on the top of my tongue and a white ulcer on my top gums. I need help Please!!!!

Usual advice is watch and wait for a few days having made a dental appointment or Gp appointment for advice. You might consider if you are deficient in Viamin B/riboflavin. You are also at that glandular fever age. The chew habit does sound something to drop instantly.

Don't ignore it if it persists though more than a week or two.
