I'm quite worried.

Last night (approximately 1:30 AM), I was drinking a glass of water, and as I swallowed, I felt a lump on my palate, me, being the hypochondriac I am, started searching online about it, and I got varied answers, one of them being cancer. The bump is about a half an inch long, not abnormally coloured, and is hard as a rock.

Now, I want to know if this is possible, I am an almost thirteen year old female. Please don't judge me by my age, I'll try to comprehend anything you throw at me.

Thanks~!
