Dear Dr. Vinod K. Joshi,
Thanks for reply, giving 2 weblinks, Webwhispers and Communitive.
I am well familiar with it, and also member of webwhispers, and also in contact with International Association of Laryngectomee, USA, and various vendors related to Laryngectomee's supplies.

As I am from Karachi-Pakistan, and assume by your name that you are originally Indian, so you can better understand what is the need for a Laryngectomee Patient in our part of world.

1. Due to lack of education, normally people feel that after having a hole at neck, and without speech, there is no life, but I am a Survivor of 7 years +
2. Our people can learn by seeing and hearing, and you may be familiar with Asian Federation of Laryngectomee Association of Japan, who around in 1980 started to teach esophageal speech, and had funded Asian countries, and some had growned up and still running in practical, and some may be still active on paper.
3. I was looking for some Videos, CD's, DVD's for Esophageal Speech learning
4. Rosalie of UK had also refered your name to me, as she is also member at webwhispers
5. By communication we can learn more.
