Just been caving, plummeted 12' to my near death but landed on a ledge after bouncing off a few rocks, was waist deep in cold muddy cave water and had to sleep on a floor for the night (luckily it had under floor heating!)and have a cold! I am battered, bruised, full of sniffles and my head feels like its been wrapped in cotton wool!!!

Emailed a friend in Manchester asking her to buy the issue and mail the article to me but haven't received a reply from her yet - she has email only at work and I posted the request on Friday afternoon, long after she had left for the weekend.
