Hello,

The British Dental Health Foundation, co-ordinaters of Mouth Cancer Awareness Week, is looking for more people who would be interested in discussing their mouth cancer experience with the local and national media.

Last year we had an excellent response both from people on this forum and from local journalists keen to raise awareness among their readers. It was a great success.

If you are interested, we would like to send you a set of questions to answer in your own time. A press release will then be prepared using your comments. This will be sent to you to approve, after which it will be circulated to newspaper, radio and television reporters in your area (depending on what you feel comfortable doing).

Last year, Mouth Cancer Awareness Week articles had a circulation of 21 million and this was largely due to the success of case studies.
