It is relevant to us all. This play is based on true stories by people with direct experience of cancer. The writer calls them “love stories” and tells them with the sensitivity and care they deserve. Nell Dunn, well known for her controversial plays Up The Junction and Steaming, wrote this play after her father had died of cancer. She felt that she had not communicated well with him and became interested in how people relate to each other during a crisis. What about concession priced tickets for the cancer survivor and their carer?
