Hi

MCF is looking for patient volunteers based in the local London area to help part-time (for only a few hours each day) at its desk at the
Dental Showcase 2008 at ExCeL, London in October.

Thursday 2 October 2008 11am – 6pm
Friday 3 October 2008 10am – 6pm
Saturday 4 October 2008 10am – 5pm

It is the UK's premier dental exhibition. Dental Showcase, will take place at ExCeL, London in October. Over 10,000 members of the dental team are expected to attend the three-day event. More than 300 companies from the UK and abroad are likely to exhibit and the exhibition will cover a massive 17,000 sqm.

We have been given a desk by Panadent Limited . The floor plan shows this at P08 next to the catering area with nearest entrance being Gate 12. So that should be helpful. We will also have a MCF staff member at the desk for the three days. We plan to have a small display and hand out a wristband, MCF leaflet and poster in plastic bags with possibly mouth cancer awareness materials and information about next years's Walk.

MCF will arrange for your registration. Volunteers will be given an MCF t-shirt to wear at the desk (and take home).Receipted travel costs for the day will be reimbursed.

Please contact me through this website's private message facility if you would like to help and best times for attendance.

Thanks, Vinod.
