Dear Dr Joshi, I have never spoken about the terrible time I had in Charing Cross hosiptal London. I don't have to tell you the great pain we go through with these operations.
First I had the tumour removed, I was in a normal ward, I then went seven days later for the total neck resection.
Tied to the bed with various drips nasel, drains in neck etc ect.
I was told I probably would never get my speach back, due to part of the base of my tongue being removed also a whole in my palate and a large whole in throat area.
When I came round I had to ask my self if I was on the set of the League of Gentlemen in Royston Vasey. Seven on the ward,
Young woman for double mastectomy, London Cabbie's wife with cancer in the groin area, me throat, the five other people were transgender re-assignment.
I lay there in total agony unable to pump away at the morphine as I was bombarded by geometric patternes in violant colours.

Nurses tripped around helping the transgender people with there hair and make up.

I was told that the labour goverment hands out money a £30,000 per op to the NHS, these poeple insist in being on a female ward.
The girl who had both breasts removed was directly opposite the big black guy with subble, huge breasts, his wife and two children in tow; the continent was represented by two german's who had come for the chop on our depleated NHS.
A friend came from France she is a nurse and was horrified, I had some Afghan friends and Kamal was shocked; I did not invite my Mother as she would have not been able to cope.

I did complaint to PALS, but was informed only an old Indain woman had made a complaint, I said Bully for her.
