Brunner Mond are holding a Health Safety & Environmental Fayre in Northwich on the 24th and 25th September and would like to be able to have a stand in respect of mouth cancer. Is anyone within Cheshire be interesting in attending their fayre to man a mouth cancer awareness stand?

I will do one day (two if you are stuck)or part of a day.....whatever would be helpfull.
I don't live in Cheshire but Yorkshire is almost next door.

Hi Dr Joshi, I would like to volunteer myself and a friend to assist. We live quite close, about, 3/4 hour by car so it would be convenient to attend. Having worked for ICI in the past (now called Brunner Mond) adds a further incentive in promoting Health awareness of Mouth Cancer, as well as Safety and the Care of the Environment.

Have you got your sash? I asked if I could have one, being a lady of a certain age and rather a busty one at that, a printed tee shirt isn’t quite me. They suggested I just wear a MCF wrist band, so you will be easily able to recognise me, I’ll be the rather elegant older lady wearing just a wrist band - nothing else!

Hi Dr Joshi,

I know this is 'cancer awareness' but would it be possible, I was thinking of asking a few members if I could use their photo's with just a couple of lines on their thoughts on the MCF, for instance, mine would be something like: Angie, Congleton, Carer for Husband, Cancer of the tongue. "The MFC site was invaluable to me during my husband's illness. Always someone ready to give useful information and support".

Because all the posters are the same thought it might break it up a bit. Whay do you think?
