We are currently conducting a survey with people who have had or are currently receiving chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy for the treatment of head and neck cancer, and welcome your views on whether you have experienced any problems with these treatments.

For each completed survey, Caphosol / EUSA Pharma will make a £5 pound donation to the Mouth Cancer Foundation.
