when i was at my worst with depresion and anxiety,i experienced frequent panic attacks could not see any hope for the future was on so much medication i had to make a list, times amounts ect, the local cancer suport group treated me to 13 sessions of counciling also i had 6 treatments of reflexology. at the begining i feared going out in case i got a panic attack also i had claustrophobia, bad, at the end of treatment i went to see(my idol)bob dylan in the o2 areena . that to me showed me i could and would get better. the only med,s i am on now is zoton for asid reflux. i do feel down now and again, but if i just get up and do something i feel better, the news of a death does bring me down even people i dont know efects me, but i was like that before i had cancer.i cant praise the counceller or reflexologist enough, dont know if this is any use to anyone, but at least it gets it off my chest.jimmy.

SeattlePaul, posted 10 March 2012 10:06 AM quote: life is what you live it,we were never guaranteed a "happy life", free from diease. Strength of Character, is forged from adversity, you think Thomas Jefferson thought up Political Freedom because he was rich? Coddeled? untroubled?? Get with it folks, your role is NOT to spread the Word of Disaster, IT'S TO SPREAD THE WORD OF HOPE, FREEDOM, SELF, and HELP FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMAN. You have cancer, we all do. Piss on it, it's what we do IN SPITE OF IT, that's important, to those who come behind. Live up to your Potential, not your fears. "OH Woe Is Me", if for losers, we are all winners here, WE BEAT CANCER
