From an American or Canadian site, not sure.
Anyway, when you hear someone praise something in circumstances of pain, it's rare, an it's good - so I paste below; (I would assume uk equiv exists)

I also found some spray at Walgrens called """Stoppers 4""" it's for dry mouth from diabetes, chenotherapy and continuous drug therapy. I tried it, and it works great, no alcohol in it either. That along with the """Biotene""" gum seems to help with the dry mouth.
