Hi,
Don't know if it will help but plain soda water seems to help me wash things down better than anything else. It seems to be more cleansing than ordinary water, does not take away the taste of what ever you have just eaten either. I hate when I have managed to eat something and really enjoyed the taste, then find whatever I drink to take away the claggy stuff also takes away the taste of what I've just eaten. (Got the craving for something really strong yesterday, as I don't start RT till Monday no burn yet, so crushed a bit of garlic and sucked it!!. My breath was the pits later but the pleasure!!!!!)
