It's a shame he's died.I didn't realise he had surgery last week to remove a cancerous tonsil and neck tumours (probably involving a radical neck dissection).
The cause of death was a fatal haemorrhage while still in hospital.
It will be interesting to know more details of his surgery and the circumstances surrounding the haemorrhage
