Hello David and Susan

They are 1g lozenges containing polymyxin E 2mg, tobramycin 1.8mg and amphotericin B 10mg (PTA lozenges). They are mentioned in Topical Agents for the Management of Oral Complications in Cancer and in Prevention And Treatment Of Oral Mucositis In Cancer Patients.

Hope that helps.

Best wishes
Vinod Coffee

Would you know if there are available on the NHS and if so could you provide a product code or make for the GP to use he is haveing problems finding where to order them from. My Doctor or chemist are unable to find the manufacturer who could supply them do you know of any supplier.
If not on the NHS can they be purchased private.

Thank you for the information you have provided us so far and your prompt response.
