Hi

Just to let you know the Hospital phoned on Friday and wants to scope my throat

they offered an sho who would have done it on Friday,or wait to the ENT clinic on Wednesday for my usual Ent to carry it out

has been sore and felt like something was stuck now for 10 days they have kept in touch and my doctor thought it might have been thrush lower down in my throat

let you know the results

this was be first scope since treatment finished

David

I am surprised you don't have this done regularly as I have the scope everytime I go to hospital for my check-ups. I am always reassured after having this as I know the consultants are having a good look inside. Lorraine even gets to look at it on the monitor. Hope it goes well.

Hey guys!
*fingures crossed for your results!
FINALLY get to see someone on wednesday this week in Brighton... 2nd time since i finnished treatment in december. I'll have the ol' camera-up-the-nose jobby. I'm getting anxious now. I think i had a little blood mixed in with my morning mucous cough-up (sorry!) this morning. But perhaps it was the cherry yoghurt i had? Razzer The mucous does often 'take on' the flavour of what i've just eaten. Gunna try and get some physio for my shoulders too.
So anyway,
Good luck guys!

Like Robert I have this done every check up appointment.It isn't pleasant but it does put your mind at rest knowing they are being so thorough.
Maybe you should ask about this at your appt.
Good luck
