Hello everyone, I have just read Dr Vinod's info on Jaws, and as I have my hospital visit this afternoon, I am going armed with info, Why don't the hospital tell you more info, like don't put heat to the jaw to stave off pain as if you have had rad treatment neither heat or cold is good for you. As I sleep on and off, I position my head on high pillows wrap the duvet around my hand and sleep with hand holdin my jaw in place, other wise, pain of dry mouth wakes me or, I have bitten the inside of my cheeks, as pain in jaw seems worse and not getting better. I have not been offered any excerise or help in opening my jaw only a few wooden batons in a very DIY manner, comments on how you are all geting on with the JAW Problems? I still feel as though I have been hit hard with a cricket bat every morning.
