they want to give me 8-9 weeks of taxol/carboplatinum/erbitux
then 8 weeks of radiation plus chemo i think just taxol and carboplatinum. Then 4 weeks rest then surgery I think because i have stage 4 with a 3 cm tinsil and a huge 7 cm lymphnode. Thank you Victor brown stage 4 tonsil base of tongue witha big 6x3cm lymphnode |

Hi Victor,
I was diagnosed of cancer of the larynx in November last year. I had 3 cycles of chemotherapy (cisplatin, taxotere and 5FU) and then I had 7 weeks of radiotherapy along with chemo (carboplatin) once a week in those 7 weeks. My cancer was T4n2 (meaning tumour was grade 4 and i had 2 nodes involved) - I haven't had surgery though.
