Tomorrow i start physio for my shoulders.
I've mentioned before how solid they've become from the R/T exit beam. & my chest muscles are over compensating which means it sometimes feels tight when i breathe in.
So i'm giving physio a try to see if can release them a bit.
You never know. It might help!

Hi Chelle, you will find that physio will work wonders! It is hard work and you must keep up the exercises to get the benefit.
I had real problems with my left arm ,neck and shoulder. They are still stiff but mobility is much better. If i am lazy and don't do the exrercises I soon know about it!
Good luck! Anne

Went for my first session -
I have bad posture, which i knew. This is because when i had my RIG i was too scared to stand straight cuz it gave it a tug! So now my muscles have shortened so i've got to legnthen them again.
~Got exercises to help with turning my head. & my balance isn't good because of not being able to feel my feet (thankyou chemo! Roll Eyes) so i have to improve my core muscles. So tomorrow i'm getting one of those gym ball thingys.
Apparently if i can stregnthen my core then my balance will improve (will that help with stairs in the dark?? Thinking)
Will let you know how it goes. I'm not to expect anything to happen to quickly though!

I have a bright red gymball thingy. It sits in my living room and stares at me. I know I need to use it- but it is sooo hard!
My physio gave me loads of exercises for my neck using the ball- plus the core tummy ones.
i had great fun with trying to balance on it to start, but as your core gets stronger it does get easier....honest!
Have fun!
Anne
