Just wanted to add that it sounded like I was having a moan at the doctor when he's "only human" it's only because I want to get to the bottom of it all for my own sanity.
I haven't got a malicious bone in my body and he was really nice when he came over to me when he didn't have to.
Feel better for getting it off my chest now.
