Hi everyone, I was wondering how the mouth cancer walk went and haven't seen much on the site yet about it. Can some of you that went fill me in a bit?? I'd appreciate it!

Thanks to all of you who were able to participate in the walk.

Best to all, Cricket

It was a brilliant day! The sun was shining - the park was beautiful and the last 2k was a killer lol! I got to shake Dr Joshi's hand, meet up with Muse Fan and met Susana.

I am looking forward to next year along with my 2 friends!

Thanks for a great day on Saturday - we really enjoyed the walk and the weather was unrecognisably sunny! Thanks also for your very kind words about my Mum. She was with us in spirit.

I've uploaded my photos from the walk to Flickr - please feel free to use them as you wish, e.g. publicity or on your website:

The walk went well, shame it had to be re-routed for the knife crime march. I was there with my wife(Who couldnt do it because of her back) my sister-in-law and her friend. The weather was lovely.

As everyone has said it was a really good day - weather couldn't have been better and a brilliant atmosphere. I am now busy collecting in my sponsorship money. Can't wait for next year!

OK, Dr. J, I know you have lots of time on your hands so I'd appreciate it if you would label every one of those 347 photos so that the rest of us will know who we're looking at.

Maybe when you retire?

I agree with Mimi, Dr Joshi
I looked through all of those pics and with each one, wondered 'now do I 'know' anyone in this picture?
What a great turn up on the day. Congratulations.
Cheers

Oh look at you then!
That's two down, who will put their hand up next? Was Chelle there this year? I thought I caught a glimpse of her when the pics were rolling through and I haven't had a chance to go back through them.
Toodles

Hi Chloe ~ I had recognised you and Jo (?) because I'd seen the pics earlier. Looking very healthy I might add. Well done to you!

Hello Gwyn I'm not sure if I need a life but I'm a bit excited by being able to put a face to names. Who is John?

We were saying last night how good it would be to be able to take part in the walk. Who knows?
Cheers
