Hi,
I've got an appointment at QA ENT in a couple of weeks. Is there a poster for the MCF I can print off and ask the nurses to put up on the notice board? This site and all of you here have been so supportive, but there are lots of people who don't know about the site. I asked the Macmillan nurse if there was a support group when I was first diagnosed, and there wasn't a group for mouth cancer in my area. I would have really liked to know about an online support group at this time, but I didn't find this site until much later, because I was searching the net for sites for cancer of the tonsils. |

I wish people didn't have to find this site by accident and were simply told about it by health professionals. We have a lot of work to do to raise awareness of our online support group.
