We have designed a new logo for the Mouth Cancer Foundation. A blue face, with a cross in the mouth and a speech bubble saying
"Mouth Cancer Foundation". The face could be used for round stickers and badges.
Let me know what you think!

Hi Kreshan, It looks good to me. Have a good one.

Like the idea but maybe "he" could have the eyes more like those on your I.D. picture (worried eyebrows)? I like the cross
- could be a kiss or could be a negative. Clever stuff. Brenda.

Thanks for the feedback Cat and Brenda!
What about these alternatives?

I personally prefer the 1st face at the top of this topic. Please let me know what you think or if you have any fresh ideas!
Cheers. |

Hi Vicki
Great how Paul has visited you! Thanks for the insight. I have now made the "x" into a "c" for cancer. Hopefully this now doesn't indicate "good" or "bad" but simply indicates cancer in the mouth. Let me know what you think of this...

How would example 4 (with the C) look if the eyes were angled as in example 2?

Hi Vicki
I understand that it doesn't look "serious" enough. However, I think it would make people stop and look at the face without scaring people - good for raising awareness because if you scare people they sometimes automatically create a barrier and don't want to know anymore. You can also show the face to young children at school, use the face for stickers, badges etc. All the best, Krishan |

I feel a bit guilty commenting on the proposed logo as I haven't got a creative streak at all.
However, of the proposals I go more for No. 4. For me it doesn't seem to have any negative indicators. The angle of eyes indicates, if anything, bewilderment. Look forward to reading other peoples thoughts |

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'll try the logo you suggested Brenda - will upload soon. Krishan

I think the mouth is too large and need reducing by about a third.

What is happening to the new logo? Has anything been decided yet? Brenda.

Still in the pipeline. Will be returning to its development shortly.

Hi all, I think the last one with the C in the mouth is good, as the others look like "Don't Speak" or 'nil by mouth.
Brenda's idea for a tear dropping from one eye sounds good, perhaps the mouth could be a tad smaller, as it looks a bit like a black and white minstel's mouth. Thanks Krishan. |
