can anyone advise us how to post a picture for our profile

On the menu above
Go > Personal Zone > Profile Then on the top right corner of your public profile click on View/Edit complete profile... scroll down to Avatar / Picture URL: You can choose an avatar to show on your public member profile page. Any problems, just email me your photo. Regards, Krishan |
